Yoga exercising postures or asanas in Hatha Yoga strengthen the body and increase flexibility. These ancient yoga postures (which incorporate yogic or diaphragmatic breathing) are used to focus the mind and bring about a meditative state and increase energy and health. Many western yoga styles have developed as an exercise program to increase flexibility and give physical relaxation without delving into the Eastern Philosophy. Choose a yoga style to suit you.

The Centre specialises in yoga retreats and in providing the opportunity to practice a healthy yoga based lifestyle in a peaceful and natural forest environment. The road to the centre is flanked by forest and the area of Rocklyn, near Daylesford, is enveloped in gentle silence.
