We spend a small fortune on paying them to run our society only to find they frequently forget they work for us.

Government
How is it made up? How do they represent us and what are their responsibilities?  We vote them in but know very little about them - shame on us.

Political Parties
Political Parties sometimes seem to loose the plot.  They seem to spend more time trying to get into power, staying in power, and keeping others out of power than looking after the people who voted them in.  You get a bit of an idea of how the parties operate by who replied to us and who didn't.
